On the 22nd December, Royal Mail (our delivery service provider) introduced changes to their services due to the current resourcing issues and high demand caused by introducing new coronavirus restrictions on Saturday 19th December 2020.

Below is a summary of the key information that may impact your delivery in the following days. More information on Royal Mail Website.

 In light of the changing coronavirus restrictions announced on Saturday 19th December 2020, we have made the difficult decision to make the following changes to our timed guarantees for our Special Delivery by 9am and 1pm services:

For Special Delivery Guaranteed by 9.00am and Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1.00pm items posted on Wednesday 23rd December we are suspending our delivery guarantee.

While we cannot currently provide a guarantee that items posted on Wednesday 23rd December will arrive prior to Christmas due to the impact of the new coronavirus restrictions, we can assure you that we will be endeavouring to deliver all items as quickly as possible. We know how important this is.

Special Delivery Guaranteed by 9.00am and Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1.00pm items posted up to and including Tuesday 22nd December remain unchanged at our revised times of by 11am for Special Delivery Guaranteed by 9.00am, and by 4pm for Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1.00pm.


As a result of these changes, your order may suffer delays that are beyond our control and may not arrive on time or the day that you requested, even if you requested "Special Delivery Guaranteed" service. 


We have tried to arrange deliveries with other providers, but they have similar service issues.

To guarantee your delivery on time, please let us know if you would like us to send your order one day before the original delivery date so that we can accommodate accordingly.

Unfortunately, we cannot rearrange deliveries due to arrive on the 5th of January 2021, so they should arrive on the 5th or 6th of January.


Great customer service is a priority for us. We know that this may not be pleasant news to hear during this time, however, please be assured that we will try to do our best, so your order arrives fresh and on time, and you can enjoy it during this holiday season.
